ENTITLEMENT SEARCH ON SERVICEBENCH

Download and watch the video for how to use ServiceBench > Entitlement Search.   This is helpful to use to find valid: Production Date, Ship Date, and Purchase Date.  As well as to see if the unit has been Exchanged or Replaced.  If you find a note to Call ComServ please call them to review the serial number.
